Daiquiri Punch
46-oz. chilled unsweeted pineapple juice
2 1/2 cups light rum
six 1/2-oz. envelopes powdered daiquiri mix
32-oz. chilled lemon-lime soda
lime slices
In punch bowl, combine juice, rum & drink mix; 
stir till dissolved. Pour in soda down side of bowl; 
mix gently. Float lime slices in pinch.

Yield: 18 5-oz. servings

Ed's Raspberry-Mint Fizz
* 6-oz pkg. raspberry gelatin
* 2 cups fresh mint leaves
* 12-oz. frozen lemonade (or limeade) concentrate
* 46-oz. chilled pineapple juice

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water; 
add mint and let steep 5 minutes. 
Add 2 cups cold water, juice concentrate 
and pineapple juice. 
Chill together for several hours.

Strain to remove leaves. 

At serving time gently stir in:
* 4 liters ginger-ale
* 12 oz. frozen raspberries

Optional: 
If desired, float scoops of 
* raspberry sherbet in the punch.

Yield: enough for a crowd!

New Year's Chardonnay Punch
CHILL THOROUGHLY 
and combine when ready to serve:
3 liters chardonnay
1.5 cups triple sec
1/4 c. or so grenadine
2 liters lemon-lime soda
 
Garnish with frozen orange, lime & lemon slices, 
and frozen grapes.

Yield: enough for a crowd!
